About the artist

February 5, 2026

I didn’t start out wanting to produce as many pieces as possible. What interested me was how things are made—and why some objects last while others don’t.

My background is rooted in traditional craftsmanship, where materials are carefully selected and work is done with the expectation that it will stand the test of time. That mindset still guides how I approach projects today, even when using modern tools and techniques.

I enjoy working closely with homeowners and designers because the best results come from collaboration. Good furniture isn’t just about measurements—it’s about understanding how people live, what matters to them, and what a space needs to support their daily lives.

Many of my projects involve problem-solving. I integrate storage into awkward spaces, combine technology with woodworking, or build pieces that serve multiple purposes without feeling complicated. These challenges are what make the work interesting.

Ultimately, what matters to me is creating pieces that feel thoughtfully designed. Pieces that speak for themselves, that fit naturally into a home, and that still feel just right years from now.
